Great value for money, especially considering the location on a one-way back street near a main shopping street. Rooms are basic but have newly fitted bathrooms, and are cleaned everyday. Breakfast included with a large variety of food, including gluten-free options
No negative aspects to mention, everything was ok.

The staff was nice and helpful in every way.
The rooms were very noisy.

The location was really great - several metro stations and sights were within walking distance. The room was very clean. In addition, the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations.
The shower was a little leaking. In addition, a second, somewhat thicker duvet would have been pleasant.

This hotel has a great value for money and is situated in a nice and quiet area while being very central. The rooms are equipped with good beds, adequate equipment, and a big bathroom as seen on the picture provided. Additionally, the breakfast served includes a large amount of food and gluten-free goodies as well as perfect Italian coffee.
All was ok, no improvements needed.

2 small breakfast rooms in the basement, but varied breakfast and 2 fully automatic coffee machines. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room with a fridge.
No German TV channels. Mattress should be replaced. The pillow was too hard. Shelf is missing in the bathroom.

Great location, hospitality, 24h service...just trust and enjoy the city and the Romans! Grazie mille!
If you want to be in the middle of Rome, there's nothing to complain about!

The hotel's location was perfect for our Christmas trip. We were able to easily walk to all the major attractions and the Christmas markets nearby. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing. We particularly enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the lobby and the festive decorations throughout the hotel.
The room was a bit cramped and there was very little storage space for our luggage. The heating system was also a bit outdated and difficult to regulate.

The rooms are small, but sufficient. Everything clean and tidy, but it is time for a renovation. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast varied and basically something for every taste. A German TV station would have been nice, but went without it.

The location of the hotel is very good for a tourist - minutes walk from the Termini station, the ancient city and major touristic areas. There are good restaurants and food stores nearby. The hotel is clean and the personnel is friendly and helpful.
The rooms are very small - which may well be the case for any such hotel in Rome, this was my first time there. The walls seem to be too thin - could hear noises/voices from nearby rooms, however this was not a big issue to us. The shower was covered only with a curtain and the rest of the bathroom easily got wet. Overall I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel for a 3-day city tour.

large bathroom which seems to be rare in Italy....ok breakfast...location was great.... lots of shops and restaurants close by...not far from Republica termini where the sightseeing hop on hop off buses depart from.
the quadruple room was too small for 4 people...(2 adults and 2 children aged 14) I believe the room we were provided was a triple room with an extra bed squeezed in which made the room cramped and difficult to move in between all the beds.
